Is FURAI KENBO a halal-certified restaurant?
FURAI KENBO is not a halal-certified restaurant.
For dishes offered as Muslim-friendly options, we take reasonable measures such as not using pork or alcohol and using separate cooking utensils from those used for regular menu items.
However, our food is prepared in the same yatai food stall, and we do not have a completely separate or dedicated halal kitchen. Please understand this before ordering.
Do you offer dishes without pork or alcohol?
For dishes offered as Muslim-friendly options, we follow a policy of not using pork or alcohol.
Please ask our staff about the available menu items and their availability on the day of your visit.
How do you check and manage seasonings?
For dishes offered as Muslim-friendly options, we check the ingredient labels on product packaging and available product information from manufacturers.We take care not to use seasonings that contain pork-derived ingredients or alcohol.
The seasonings we use may change depending on availability or product changes. Please ask our staff before ordering if you have any concerns.
How do you manage cooking utensils?
Cooking utensils used for Muslim-friendly dishes are kept and used separately from utensils used for regular menu items.
We also use a dedicated refrigerated storage box to help prevent Muslim-friendly ingredients from being mixed with other ingredients.
However, all food is prepared within the same yatai food stall, and the cooking environment is not completely separated.
Do you have halal certificates issued by your suppliers?
At present, we do not hold halal certificates or certification documents issued by suppliers for all ingredients and seasonings used.
We check ingredients and seasonings based on product labels, manufacturer information, and information available at the time of purchase.
